Having a coach is like having your own cheerleader - someone who truly believes you have all of the answers you’re seeking within yourself and the full ability to achieve your goals. As a coach, I help guide you along that journey, balancing your exploratory thinking with action oriented focus.

 

Spending designated dreaming & planning time with yourself and your coach allows for ideas to take root and grow into the life you want to be living.

 

A car accident upended my “normal” life and left me treading water for years - I spent endless time and money trying to heal and get myself back to what I loved doing. Along the way, I rebuilt my confidence and picked up emotional well-being and prioritization skills that helped me put one foot in front of the other, even on my hardest days, that I now happily share with my clients.

Through my own trial and error, I have learned that in order to get to where you want to be, you must first be clear on what it is that you truly desire. The practice is then in making choices that support reaching that goal. As obvious as it sounds, when you want to see different results, you have to act differently to get there - and that is the journey we will go on together, you as the captain of the ship, and me as your first mate, creatively navigating the twists and turns as they appear to get you to your determined outcome.

I believe in your ability to evolve into the person you want to be by sharpening the skills you already have as well as developing new ones. With a background in mediation and Pilates instruction, I coach from a trauma-informed and culturally aware approach, supporting others to live an intentional and purposeful life.
