About+Arielle.jpg

Arielle Bernard

is a third-generation Romana’s Pilates instructor with eleven years of teaching experience.

She is passionate about helping people enjoy movement and connection to their bodies in a fun, focused, and supportive environment.

Her love of movement has been lifelong and varied over the years, through dance, team sports, and personal fitness. It wasn’t until Pilates, however, that she found a true connection to her body.

She deeply believes in the ideology behind Pilates, originally called Contrology, of connecting our body, mind, and spirit to achieve maximum enjoyment out of life.

She has witnessed the benefits of the work as taught by Joseph Pilates on her own body and those of her clients.

Most recently Arielle has been recovering from an auto accident that took place in 2017, which left her curious about the connection to pain and trauma stored in the body. She is a trained mediator and is fascinated by how we communicate with each other and with ourselves.

Arielle teaches virtually and in person in Denver, Colorado.

“There are lots of Pilates instructors, but there is only one Arielle Bernard. I’ve been taking classes and private lessons for 15 years, and Arielle’s knowledgeable, insightful, caring approach is unique. She has a wonderful way of individualizing her approach to your specific issues. I feel fortunate to be able to work with her.”  -J.R.
